Blockage Monitor ASMII for Air Seeders

For economical and accurate blockage and hopper level monitoring, you can't beat the DICKEY-john ASMII Air Seeder Monitor. It is the economoical solution for monitoring flow on large drills and seeders.  Built to last and easy to operate, it helps to prevent unseeded strips.

PRECISION MONITORING
Equipped with 16-row indicators per module and a seven-segment display, the ASMII alerts you if your seeding rate falls below a programmable seeds per second threshold You can customise the minium seeds per second alarm point for 1 - 150 seeds per 2 seconds. The system monitors blockage for up to 128 rows or 120 rows and 8 hopper-level sensors.

CUSTOMISABLE FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT
Thanks to a modular design, the ASM II can reduce harnessing and wiring costs, requiring fewer wires and splitters running to the tractor hitch.  Customise the ASM II to fit your needs by adding up to eight modules.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
The ASM II is designed with advanced RS485 communication models that can receive input from 16 seed flow sensors (or 15 sensors and one hopper level sensor).  Added features on the ASM II include an internal audible alarm, five-step LED dimming for day or night use, and alarm recognition override.

16-Row Seed Flow Module Kit

Up to 8 Seed Flow Modules can be installed and each module can connect up to 16 Seed Flow Sensors. You can add Seed Flow Modules at anytime to expand the system in the future. These modules can also be installed on a row crop planter to display row blockages. Kit includes Module, planter harness & RS-485 extension cable.
